FAQs
Can you remove pet hair?
Yes. Tick the Pet Hair Removal add-on (+$35) when you book and we'll allow an extra 30 minutes to lift embedded hair from carpets, seats and the boot. Very heavy build-up can take longer — we'll let you know on the day if so.
How long until the interior is dry?
Most interiors are dry within a few hours. On cold or humid days it can take a little longer — leaving the windows slightly down helps. We'll let you know before we leave.
Do I need to empty the car first?
It helps if you remove personal items and valuables, including anything in the glovebox, console and boot. That way we can clean every surface properly and nothing gets misplaced.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not necessarily. As long as we can access the car and have the keys, you can get on with your day. Just add any access details in the notes when you book.
